PSI-PCI offers the only training for Visual Cylinder Inspection that is formally endorsed, utilized and referred to by the cylinder manufacturer's; and recognized by USDOT, CGA and other rule making entities.
Because PSI-PCI Inspectors are the only trained persons that can meet the standards that we teach, there will be some items in our catalog such as EOI Stickers that will require a valid current PSI-PCI inspector number to purchase.

Electronic devices will be afforded a 90 day warranty. Inspection lights may be sent for assessment of repair opportunity if outside that window. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for selecting the correct shipping method for their location. Home offices will be assessed Home Delivery shipping costs. If the incorrect service is chosen (Ground as for business location instead) and the delivery cost is more, an invoice will be issued to the purchaser for the difference.
Orders with a value of over $100 delivered to a home address will require direct signature to avoid porch piracy. If Fedex shows a picture of delivery confirmation to your location and you notified PSI-PCI to waive the signature required, we will not be able to replace the order. Be sure your address shows any suite or unit numbers needed to deliver to your correct location.
Orders placed with delivery to locations outside the USA our preferred shipper is DHL. The purchaser is responsible for Duty, Taxes or Insurance.
We can accept a purchase order through the online catalog from established customers for orders over $100. If you are not sure of your status, please contact PSI-PCI to check. We will on 30 days net unless otherwise agreed upon. Purchase orders must include the POC for your accounts payable, a purchase order number (no "verbal" accepted).
Orders made through the online catalog are processed into accounting then processed into shipping. Orders may take up to 2 business days to move through this process unless extenuating circumstances exist.
Many items in the online catalog are "just in time delivery". Should a backorder situation occur, the purchaser will be notified when the order is processed and an estimated availability will be provided. Some items are not stocked, like the Tumbler, and are ordered on an order placed basis. The actual availability can be a week (sometimes more given the manufacturer) but it is important if you wish to order one, that you place your order so you have a place in line for receipt.
